Board and Supervisory Committee

Governance & Leadership

UIC is governed by a Board of Directors (seven members), elected by members during Annual General Meetings. The Board works through four key committees:

• Executive
• Education & Governance
• Projects & Credit Management
• Audit & Risk Management

Additionally, a Supervisory Committee provides oversight to safeguard members’ interests consisted of Chairperson, Secretary and Member.
